Terms and conditions

To reserve a suite requires the payment of the first month's fee, and the cost of the final suite cleaning or restitution. This once only restitution fee of $150- (one bedroom suites), $180- (two bedroom suites) or $250- (three bedroom suites), will be used to cover the cost to restore the suite, at the end of your stay, to the same condition as when given to you.

Should you have a pet which will occupy one of our pet friendly suites, there will be an additional pet cleaning charge due of $150-.

Upon your arrival, the payment of a $1,500- to $2,000- Can. security deposit will be made. This security deposit is held during occupancy to cover for any unpaid long distance calls, or damage to the suite, and is refundable after deducting the final long distance charges owing (deposit is returned the last week of the next month, for contracts ending on last day of the month).

Taxes: 10% hotel tax is applicable for any stays less than one month and one day. Please note, if you are able to contract for one calendar month + 1 day, the 10% tax is not applicable.

Weekly maid service is available for the following rates; one bedroom at $175- / Month (2 Hrs. per week) , $220- / Month for two bedroom suites (2.5 Hrs. per week)and $275.00 / Month for three bedroom suites (3.5 Hrs. / week). Additional hours are available at a rate of $20- / Hr.

Shaw Cable High-speed internet service is available for $50- / month plus one time admin fee of $18.

The use of the residential telephone line for local calls is included in the monthly fee charged. If clients wish to make long distance calls, or use other B.C. Telephone services, they can use their personal calling card, and there are no additional charges. Should long distance calls or services appear on the monthly telephone bill, an administration fee of $18- per billing, to process the bill, and collect the funds will be charged.
