Terms and conditions
Cancellations:
Cancellations during our Low Season and High Season (September thru to May) received less than 7 days before arrival are subject to a one night?s penalty charge.
Cancellations are not accepted within the 7 day cancellation period during Peak Season (June, July & August); the penalty will be equivalent to the entire stay (up to 7 nights). No refunds.
Cancellations for long term reservations of one month (30 nights) or more require two weeks (14 nights) notice prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge of 7 nights plus taxes.
For cancellation and change purposes, check-in/arrival date is considered to be 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time of the day on which you are scheduled to check in to your hotel.
Cancellations must be provided in WRITING, either by email or fax.
No Shows:
No Shows are charged at full amount. No refunds.
Early Check Outs/Changes:
Early check outs are charged at full amount. No refunds.
In case of true emergency no penalty will be assessed by the hotel (customer is required to provide proof).
Any changes made on the day of arrival or during the stay, the full length of stay will be charged. No refunds.
Smoking Policy:
Times Square Suites is a non-smoking hotel. This means that all suites and balconies are non-smoking. Should a guest smoke in a suite or on a balcony there will be a $500.00 charge for resetting (including painting) the suite to non-smoking standards.
We are happy to provide a designated smoking area for our guests and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
